HARRIS FAMILY TRUST, CARL W. HARRIS, JR., TRUSTEE seeks approval for a definitive subdivision plan showing seven (7) proposed lots on property located at 600 Dyer Prince Road, Map 19 Parcel 043A.

VI. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE FOR AMENDMENT OF SUBDIVISION RULES AND REGULATIONS
As required by M.G.L. ch. 41 § 81 Q, the Eastham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 5:00 PM at Town Hall to consider amending subdivision control rules and regulations as follows: organizational and formatting edits; no substantive changes have been proposed. A copy of the text may be reviewed at the planning department on weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM. Any person who is interested or wishes to be heard on the proposed amendment of the subdivision rules and regulations should appear on the date, time, and place designated for the hearing.
